The MD20 Multiplier is designed to produce output frequencies to 20GHz using a 1-2GHz tone generated by Apria's ULNsyn module.   There are two paths.
  • 60MHz  to 20GHz at +17dBm
  • 15MHz to 8GHz at +0dBm
The output power is continuously adjustable with a 16 bit DAC.   A power sensing servo loop levels the output power.  New frequencies or power levels can be switched in 50uS.   

The signal paths contain bandpass and low-pass filter banks to suppress harmonics and sub-harmonics to -40dBc.

Communications are SPI and power consumption is 20 watts.
